A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the furnishing
of all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and
supervision required for the servicing of commercial
refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems, at CFB
Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba on an "as required" basis. The RISO will
be in affect for a 1 year period from date of award, with two
(2) additional one (1) year option periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
