Requirement:
(a) The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Contractor to conduct hydrostatic tests for CO2 cylinders from
HMCS Protecteur all in accordance with the associated Technical
Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work and Project
Management Services attached as Annexes A and H. Half of the
ship's 89 - 75lb CO2 bottles will be landed at HMC Dockyard,
Esquimalt BC for the duration of the work period. The other
half will be available when the ship is alongside in January
2014.
(b) To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in
(a) above.

Commence: 25 September 2013
Complete: 31 January 2014
Bidders Conference and Viewing
A bidders conference will be held at 10:00 hrs, Tuesday, 24
September 2013, at BLDG D-250, 2nd floor Room A234, HMC
Dockyard, Esquimalt, B.C. A viewing will be held immediately
following the bidders' conference.
Sourcing Strategy
This procurement is subject to AIT and is exempt from: NAFTA
[see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.1b, paragraph 2], the WTO-AGP (see
Annex 4 Notes). Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement- Annex
