REQUIREMENT
The Statement of Work is as follows:
Fabricate and deliver twelve (12) sets of flexible bellows
assemblies in accordance with the associated Mandatory Technical
Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work attached as
Annex A and Basis of Payment attached as Annex B. These
assemblies are for installation in the Halifax Class frigates
for the Department of National Defence.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The flexible bellows assemblies are to be manufactured in
accordance with ASME 31.5 Refrigeration Piping and Heat Transfer
Components. A ship set consists of two (2) each suction
elements and one (1) each discharge element.

SOURCING STRATEGY
The sourcing strategy related to this work will be subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade. The work is exempt from the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), see Chapter Ten,
Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, and the World Trade Organization
Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP). See Annex 4.

procurement.
