Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for a
Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to be arranged for the supply
of untreated and creosote treated timber poles in accordance
with the technical specification.
Period of Standing Offer
One (1) year with an option for two (2) additional years.
Delivery:
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Destination, Steveston Harbour,
Richmond, B.C., Incoterms 2000 for shipments as required by each
call-up to the Standing Offer on an as-required basis.
Mandatory Standards and Certifications:
1. 700 pcs - Fabrication and supply of untreated 12'' butt size
timber piles, 20-100ft in length
2. 700 pcs - Fabrication and supply of untreated 13'' butt size
timber piles, 20-100ft in length

SOURCING STRATEGY
This purchase is being made under GSIN N5510FAA, and is
therefore subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
