Requirement
Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and
off-loading of miscellaneous groceries, frozen products, cheese
and prepared salads for the Department of National Defence,
Edmonton Garrison, Edmonton Alberta to locations specified
within the Canadian Forces Base Edmonton Training Area, on an
"as required" basis, for the period estimated from October 1,
2012 to March 31, 2013.
There are multiple product lists contained in this RFSO,
offerors may bid on any product list of their choice.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing
date, for each individual who is currently on the Offeror' Board
of Directors.
Offerors must submit as part of their offer, by Request for
Standing Offers closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named
in the list.
The text pursuant to Section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 -
Code of Conduct and Certifications referenced above, is replaced
by:
Offerors should provide, with their offer or promptly
thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. If such a list has not been
received by the time the evaluation of offers is completed,
Canada will inform the Offeror of a time frame within which to
provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within
the required time frame will render the offer non-responsive.
Offerors must always submit the list of directors before
contract award.
Canada may, at any time, request that an Offeror provide
properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a
Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or
all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a
specified delay. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within
the delay will result in the offer being declared non-responsive.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
