Yellowhead County - Request for Proposal - Purchase and Development of Node 9 Lands / Yellowhead County, Alberta

Yellowhead County is pleased to invite qualified and experienced real estate investment trusts (REITs) and developers to submit Proposals for the acquisition and development of County owned lands. The County acquired the Lands from the Government of Alberta and is seeking a private-sector partner (or partners) to advance destination development that will increase regional tourism capacity, diversify the local economy, and complement the offerings of Jasper National Park. The Lands subject to this RFP are identified as Node 9 and comprise approximately 500 acres. Node 9 is located within the Jasper-Hinton corridor of west-central Alberta, immediately outside the eastern gate of Jasper National Park.
