The problem
A supplier in Saskatoon who wants federal, provincial and municipal work has to check CanadaBuys, SaskTenders, a handful of city portals and a vendor system or two — every one with its own login, format and search. Most small firms simply stop looking, and the contracts go to whoever was already watching.
What we do
We ingest every source we can reach legally and reliably, normalise the notices into one shape, translate and summarise them, and score each one against your business profile. You search once, in the language you work in, and get told what fits.
Bilingual by construction, not by translation button
Every tender carries English and French fields end to end — title, summary, category — and every public page has a real hreflang alternate. A Québec supplier and an Alberta supplier see the same inventory, each in their own language.
Honest about coverage
We publish every source we ingest, when it last synced successfully, and how many tenders it has contributed — including the quiet ones. Coverage claims that cannot be checked are marketing; ours are on the coverage page, live.
Who is behind it
Tendarix.ca is a joint venture between Unique Evolution Ltd (UK) and Synapcy Systems Solutions Inc. (Canada), built on the Tendarix engine that runs the equivalent UK service. Canadian data stays in Canada — see the data residency page.
