The CIBIDS Renewal Project will support Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in the continued delivery of biometric collection services across its global operations through the modernization of the Canadian Immigration Biometric Identification System (CIBIDS) Frontend. The existing CIBIDS Backend, including backend processing, system interfaces, and business operations, will remain in place and continue to support biometric processing activities. This procurement is subject to a National Security Exception (NSE) and the Buy Canadian Policy. Refer to the ITQ for further information and the eligibility requirements. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
