Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has an Abrasive Blast and Paint Facility to repair and maintain the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) at CFB Esquimalt in Victoria, British Columbia. DND has an operational requirement for ONE (1) 10 ton capacity Steerable Transfer Cart. This requirement includes the options to purchase up to TWO (2) additional steerable transfer carts within 12 months of contract award, with delivery to CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC.
