(NRCAN), Natural Resources Canada,Ontario, has a requirement for the supply of a differential global positioning system (dGPS) and accessories that is survey grade (eg. the GS18 by Leica or Equivalent). If an equivalent system is proposed it must be demonstrated how it is equivalent to the specifications required in the Leica GS18
Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-09-30 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
