This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number 51019-230757B dated October 6, 2025, with a closing of December 18, 2025, at 2:00pm EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Paper Records Storage and Digitization Solutions to Veterans Affairs Canada. The period of the contract is from date of award to March 31, 2033, inclusive. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details.
