Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for consultation services and technical expertise for the establishment of an efficient accounting, quality assurance and financial reporting framework.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from award of contract to March 31, 2017 with two Option Periods (one (1) six-month Option Period and one (1) one-year Option Period).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 50 days (contact period), 170 days (option periods).
