Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada is seeking professional services assistance to support its Project Management Office with the review and update of PCA.s current project management Framework, gating model and processes with the goal to implement a sustainable project management model that is consistent with current and upcoming TBS policy requirements and industry best practices.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract to October 31, 2018 with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by one (1) additional ninety (90) day period under the same conditions.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days (contract period) and 90 days (Option Period).
