Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to October 31, 2018 with the possibility of two (2) option years of one (1) year each.
If exercised the option years would be as follows:
Period 1 – November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019
Period 2 – November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020
