TITLE: AAC - PLANTING AND SEEDING EQUIPMENT
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAC) requires the acquisition and the delivery of one (1) no-till drill and conventional hydraulic hitch, in accordance with the technical specifications at Annex A - Requirement., of the request for proposal.
DELIVERY:
The deliverables must be received no later than 10 weeks after contract award.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
