1.1 The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for experienced role players to participate in and support training activities involving surveillance, counter-surveillance and complementary capabilities.
To realize this objective, the Contractor could be required to provide qualified personnel for the following roles:
Up to 8 Non-Verbal Role Players per training event who will conduct surveillance and be the target of surveillance in both vehicle and on foot scenarios
Up to 8 Verbal Role Players per training event who will interact with DND participants to extract or provide information cues
Up to 2 Instructors per training event who will design and deliver training in the domain of human intelligence operations.
These services are to be provided on an ?as-and-when-requested? basis as specified in a duly completed Contract which will specify the exact dates for service delivery, the location and specify all tasks and associated deliverables.
The Contractor must be capable of providing the specified services immediately after contract award.
