CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the professional services of an Administrative Assistant to support the operation of the configuration management system for its fleet of CH146 Griffon helicopters.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
The Bidder must meet all mandatory criteria in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the RFP for the complete detailed list.
M1 Education / Education and Work Experience
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses one (1) of the following:
a. A minimum education of a college or CEGEP diploma/certificate in Office Administration or Business, or equivalent in a related field; or
b. A minimum education of a secondary school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of twenty-four (24) months work experience in the last sixty (60) months, in an office environment.
M4 Work Experience – Administrative Support
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses a minimum of twenty-four (24) months work experience, in the last sixty (60) months, providing administrative support to an organization of twenty (20) or more individuals.
M7 Work Experience – Office Suite Software
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource possesses a minimum of twenty-four (24) months work experience, in the last sixty (60) months, in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications.
M8 Security – Personnel Security Screening
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that at bid closing, the proposed resource holds a valid personnel security screening at the SECRET level.
M9 Security – Facility Security Clearance
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that at bid closing, the Bidder holds a valid Facility Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
M2, M3, M5 and M6 – Refer to RFP.
The basis of selection will be the responsive Bidder that offers the responsive proposal with the lowest total evaluated price.
DND reserves the right not to award a contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP will prevail.
