Nature of the Requirement
Environment and Climate Change Canada’s and the Ecotoxicology and Wildlife Health Division has a requirement for the supply of one Next Generation Sequencer platform for meta-transcriptomics, meta-genomics, 16S-rDNA, and targeted DNA and RNA sequencing to support ecotoxicogenomics and microbial assessment programs ("System"), including any necessary supplemental items. Requirement must include options for extended Maintenance and Support Services beyond the initial contract period.

Delivery must occur on or before March 31, 2021.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 10 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
