Requirement
The Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for chartered aircraft services which include specialized communications and sensor equipment to provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities from 14 February to 04 March 2022 in Clovis Regional Airport, NM, as stated in Annex ?A
