This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

DESCRIPTION
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain architect-led entity to act as the prime consultant and to develop a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants and specialists, including building structural mechanical, electrical and mechanical civil engineering and cost specialist, to provide the services required for the project of Rehabilitation of buildings envelope, sewer system and replacement of the generator set residence of the Governor General of Canada, Commander's Residence and Officers' Mess at the Citadelle of Quebec (Quebec).
