SCOPE OF WORK :
Work of this Contract comprises of general construction of
parking lot and additional lighting, located on Highway #33,
Bath, Ontario and further identified as Millhaven Institution..

There will be an optional site visit on 19th of April 2012 at
01:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at, "Main ID
Building", Millhaven Institution, Hwy # 33, Bath, ON - K0H 1G0,
Canada

Bidders should communicate with the contracting authority no
later than 12:00 PM April 18th 2012 to confirm attendees to the
site visit.

***Please Note: This site visit will serve as an opportunity
for contractors to walk around the site and view the area(s)
where the work is to be completed. Enquiries of a technical or
contractual nature will not be answered during the site visit.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 10
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version.

Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
Contract Documents. The Standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
