Turtle Island Staffing Inc.Description of the Requirement:The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain the services of a Senior Staffing Consultant and a Junior HR Assistant Consultant to provide Indigenous Inventory Assistance to lead the revitalization and relaunch of the process, thereby creating a potential pool of partially qualified candidates. This could include screening, assessing, contacting potential candidates, revising tools, participating in candidate interviews, tracking results and creating partially qualified pools. Most screening materials have already been developed as part of this process, however the consultant(s) will be asked to review and refine those tools based on lessons learned.This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business.
