The Department of National Defence requires the supply and
delivery of one (1) Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system as a
technology and test & evaluation training device.

Delivery must be made complete by March 01, 2013.

There is no security requirement associated with this Standing
Offer.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
