The Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") is inviting prospective respondents to submit responses to pre-qualify for eligibility to provide a broad range of communications, education, marketing, engagement and related services through this open tender process. Services may include, but are not limited to, public and media relations, crisis communications, creative marketing services, research, event planning and execution, audio-visual support, educational resource development, website development and optimization, and promotional and long-standing recognition services. Vendors should demonstrate relevant experience, capabilities, and capacity to support one or more of these service areas, including the ability to develop and deliver innovative and measurable activities and materials that align with ASC-approved communication and education objectives.
The goal of this PQR is to create a pool of Vendors (also referred to as “Pre-qualified Vendor(s)”) that are capable of providing the Services while meeting strict timelines, provide competitive pricing, exceptional client service, as well as value-added services as may be required by the ASC’s Communications and Investor Education division, all while ensuring a fair, open and transparent procurement process.
