Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Vancouver will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Pacific Time).
Public tender openings will be suspended until further notice. Following solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.

Work Covered by Contract
Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the following items:
- GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) survey of the proposed feeder route to identify existing underground obstacles prior to trench excavation
- Installation of underground ducts and junction boxes
- Installation of new exterior generator (in sound attenuated enclosure) and ATS, and associated feeders and control
- Installation of Generator Annunciator to provide status of generator ?running’ and generator ?trouble’
- Provide a detailed work plan including a project scheduled and phasing.
- Do not start work until all essential equipment is delivered to the site and work can proceed without delays
- Provide as-built drawings and closeout submittals
Site Visit
There is no scheduled site visit.
Completion of the Work
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (26) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost between $100,001 to $500,000.
