PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Fit-up of 7th Floor, National Defence Headquarters, Major
General George R, Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive,
Ottawa, Ontario
Work is to be completed within twenty-nine (29) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $ 5,000,001.00
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on September 25, 2014 at 10:00am.
Interested bidders are to meet at National Defence Headquarters,
Major-General George R. Pearkes Building, Mackenzie King Bridge
entrance (North Tower), Ottawa, ON. All visitors will be
required to present government issued photo ID to gain access to
the building.
Approved Green Patch Safety boots are recommended for the site
visit.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
