Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is seeking tenders for interior Fit-up project located on the 2nd floor of 101 22nd Street East Saskatoon SK. This space is referred to as Suite 201. Scope of work includes alterations to new tenant suite. Construction includes alterations to or demolition of existing demising walls, new partitions, patch and repair of existing ceiling grid, new acoustic ceiling tiles, new flooring and furniture. Mechanical and Electrical scope includes modifications and upgrades to existing systems to suit new layout.
Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated between $500,001 > $ 1,000,000
