The Department of Public Works and Government Services has a
requirement for Interior Fit-up Transport & Health Canada, Jean
Canfield Government of Canada Building, Charlottetown, Prince
Edward Island
Work of this Contract comprises of renovation and interior
fit-up of office space for Transport Canada and Health Canada,
located at 191 University Avenue; and further identified as the
Jean Canfield Building.
There will be a site visit on January 3, 2014 at 10 a.m.
Interested bidders are to meet at the lobby of the Jean Canfield
Building, 191 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE.
The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 - $250,000.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work at Transport
Canada on February 14, 2014 and Health Canada on March 7, 2014.

Inquiries are to be made in accordance with section S104 of the
Special Instructions to Bidders.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and
specifications for Project Number R.000040.006 forming part of
the bid document.
Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering
Service. Addenda, when issued, will be available from GETS.
Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid.
Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and
contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services and may be viewed on the GETS
electronic bulletin board as part of the information module.
