Work of this contract comprises of the provision of construction
fit-up services, including all labour, materials, equipment and
supervision required for main floor and 2nd floor renovations
to 391 York Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Tuesday,
January 7, 2013 at 10:30 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at
the front lobby of 391 York Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bidders
who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and
time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the
site. No exceptions will be made.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
comply will result in rejection of your tender.
Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
