CRA Interior Fit-up/Renovation, St. Catherines, Ontario
Work on this Contract comprises of the demolition and retrofit
of 1,100m2 on both the first and second floor at 32 Church
Street in St. Catharine's. This includes architectural,
mechanical and electrical work.
Project to be substantially completed by March 21, 2014. Final
completion March 28, 2014.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on December 19, 2013 at 11:00 am.
Interested bidders are to meet at 32 Church Street,
St.Catharines.
Bidders must communicate and provide name(s) to the Contracting
Officer, Lauren Woodhall at (416) 512-5873 by no later than
December 18, 2013.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 11
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are
incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
Contract Documents. The Standard documents are issued by Public
Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on the
Buy & Sell electronic Bulletin Board as part of the information
module.
