The Department of Nation Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and material necessary for the inspection, testing, sampling, air monitoring and/or removal of asbestos materials and mold from various buildings at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo, Manitoba.
Period of the Standing Offer to be from date of issuance for a four (4) year period.
