Defence Research and Development Canada has a requirement to procure various high power amplifiers.
There is a mandarory delivery date of 31 March 2022, and there are mandatory technical criteria associated with this requirement.
A Contract will be awarded to the responsive bidder who meets all of the mandatory requirements, and who has the lowest price, on an item by item basis, as detailed the solicitation.
