Description:
The Canadian Forces Health Services has a requirement to procure an initial supply of 980 (196 boxes with 5 ampoules per box or 98 boxes with 10 ampoules per box) 1000mg-1055mg/5ml ampoules with delivery date on or before March 31, 2021. An option to purchase up to 2,940 ampoules (588 boxes with 5 ampoules per box or 294 boxes with 10 ampoules per box) over the next four years with minimum quantities per order of 980 ampoules (196 boxes with 5 ampoules per box or 98 boxes with 10 ampoules per box).
