Description of the Requirement:
The Physical Resources Bureau (ARD) requires the services of one (1) Intermediate Needs Analysis and Research Consultant. The objectives of this work is to gather sufficient data and provide the analysis necessary to enable departmental executives to make decisions with respect to addressing the future IM/IT needs of the Real Property Bureau. The contractor will fulfil the following main tasks:
The identification of ARD’s IM/IT needs
Calculating total cost of ownership (TCO)
Making recommendations on how to proceed to “modernize” ARD’s IM/IT systems
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA),

the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA),
the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA),and
the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from November 14th, 2016 to July 14th, 2017
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be: 160 days
