To provide all labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide sample analysis of soil, water and other substances as detailed herein, for the Department of National Defence, Detachment Dundurn, Dundurn, Saskatchewan. All work shall be done in accordance with Annex ?A? - Specification W690D-18AAAH dated April, 2018, as requested during the period of the Standing Offer from 01 September 2018 to 31 August 2021 with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year option years.
Next day delivery is NOT acceptable as most of DND’s water tests must be kept cool, protected from freezing and completed in less than 24 hours from the sampling time.
Bidders must be accredited for environmental testing by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA). Proof of accreditation must be supplied with the bid or within 7 days upon request.
