The Prairie & Northern Laboratory for Environmental Testing of Environment Canada has a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of one Carbon Analyzer including components and accessories.
The requirement is detailed under Article 6.2 of the resulting contract clauses.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 15, 2017.
The equipment must be delivered by March 1, 2017.
