The Blood Products Division of the Biologics and Genetic Therapies Directorate (BGTD) have a requirement for the supply, installation, training, software updates and manuals for one Automated Coagulation Analyzer to perform assays of coagulation factors and their inhibitors for lot release and consistency.
Delivery will be made to Ottawa, Ontario and must be received on or beforeMarch 16, 2016.
The Coagulation Analyzer must meet all of the requirements listed in Annex "A" of the RFP in order to be deemed compliant.
