REQUIREMENT: AUTOMATIC HAEMATOLOGY ANALYZERS

The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from January
27, 2014 to February 6, 2014 at 02:00 PM EST.

The Department of National Defence requires two (2) Automatic
Haematology Analyzers for measurement of Red Blood Cells (RBCs)
and White Blood Cells (WBCs) in whole blood and other parameters
for diagnostic purposes that will be utilized in Canadian Forces
Hospitals or Clinics. The units must meet the mandatory
requirements identifed under Annex A - Technical Specifications
attached hereto.

The Resulting Contract has an irrevocable option to purchase up
to thirty (30) additional units for delivery at Petawawa,
Ontario, installation and user training and advance technical
service training, on an "as and when requested" basis at various
DND locations across Canada within five (5) years after contract
award.

Delivery to DND Petawawa, Petawawa, Ontario of the initial two
units must be received on or before
31 March 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
