The Department of National Defence requires two (2) Portable
Automatic Haematology Analyzers complete with user training for
measurement of Red Blood Cells (RBCs) and White Blood Cells
(WBCs) in whole blood for diagnostic purposes that will be
utilized in Canadian Forces Hospitals or Clinics. The portable
anayzers must meet the mandatory requirements identified at
Annex A - Requirement in the Request for Proposal. Manuals is
to be included.
The Resulting Contract will have an irrevocable option to
purchase up to an additional two (2) portable analyzers and an
option to purchase Advance Technical Service Training, on an "as
and when requested" basis within five (5) years after contract
award is also being included.
Delivery of the initial two (2) portable analyzers to DND
Petawawa, Ontario is requested by 31 May 2014.
