Requirement
The requirement is for a Business Analyst to conduct a Needs Assessment of the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) division and the Industry Services (IS) division, which will enable the CGC to purchase the best Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) suitable for multiple working environments within the Department.
The work is to be performed during the period of approximately May, 2021 to July, 2021.
The CGC Headquarters are located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is expected that the services will be performed from the Contractor’s site, with no requirement for any on-site visits. Meetings and workshops to be conducted virtually.
The contractor will conduct a comprehensive Needs Assessment in consultation with CGC stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Stakeholders include the Grain Research Lab, Industry Services, Information Management and Technology Services (IMTS) and 2 Regional Offices located outside the CGC headquarters.
