The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement to purchase new directional broadband VHF panel antennas, along with some accessories, which will allow it to increase its radio coverage for one of their remote sites located in the Central and Arctic region, St-Laurent sector. The requirement is detailed under Annex A - Statement of Requirement.
The antennas sought must be designed to cope with a rigorous environment such as considerable and constant wind speed, high relative humidity, salty air, presence of ice, hail and snow. In addition, they must comply with the specifications indicated in Annex A - Statement of requirements of this document.
