Full description

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires a Contractor to develop and deliver its Online Permit (e-Permitting) Issuing Solution for Migratory Game Bird Hunting (MGBH) permits. Work also includes the hosting of the Solution and the operation of the Solution as a Web-based storefront service in addition to optional services that satisfies the requirements identified in this Statement of Work.
The proposed Contract is for a period of five (5) years from date of award, plus three (3) options of one (1) year each.
There are security requirements associated with this solicitation.
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5000039455 dated 2018-07-18 with a closing of 2018-08-30 at 14:00 EST.
