ePortal Developer resources will assist in the development, deployment and maintenance of several applications within the Application Development Solutions.
ePortal Architect(s) will be responsible for reviewing and/or creating Technical analysis, design or architecture diagram in alignment with IT strategy and business planning objectives. The resource(s) is/are also responsible for the creation and / or revision of application, technical and physical architecture diagram for the entire department by promoting a shared infrastructure and applications.
Bidders are required to submit: Two (2) resources per category requirement are to be submitted to be evaluated as part of this bid solicitation (2 x ePortal Developer; 2 x ePortal Architect) for evaluation purposes.
NRCan will be awarding up to two (2) contracts as follows:
Contract #1 – I.10 – Technical Architect (ePortal Developer)
Contract #2 – I.10 – Technical Architect (ePortal Architect)
Note: However, if one (1) supplier provides the best overall value in all categories, NRCan may consider one (1) contract.
