Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Review of the Agricultural Marketing Programs Act (AMPA) – Advance Payments Program is required.
The work under this contract will involve assessing the relevance and efficiency of the APP within the context of the AMPA. The review will assess and demonstrate the effectiveness of the program’s purpose as described in the Act. It will also assess current performance measurement and monitoring methodologies, and identify lessons learned and improvements that could be made to the current program delivery model. Further, the review will explore potential alternative program delivery models and the potential impacts of implementation.
