La ressource proposée doit posséder des diplômes d’études postsecondaires d’universités reconnues dans un domaine lié aux affaires et dans un domaine technique comme l’informatique, les sciences ou le génie.
La ressource proposée doit posséder un certificat de professionnel en gestion de projet et un certificat de praticien Prince2 ou une maîtrise en gestion de projet valide.
