Apparatus for measuring the size and shape of particles

Request for the supply and installation of one (1) Apparatus for measuring the size and shape of particles as described in Annex «A».
The required equipment is for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada located in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
After delivery and acceptation of equipment, the supplier shall provide full training in French for a maximum of four (4) users.
If possible all deliverables are required not later than March 31st, 2017.
The requirement is subject, to the provisions of the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and Colombia and Panama Free Trade Agreements with Canada.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria.

Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in Canada's two official languages.
