Mobile Radiology machine
Request for Proposal (RFP) for Correctional Service Canada (CSC) for the purchase a mobile radiology machine, a wall bucker, a lead screen on wheels and two leaded aprons.
Correctional Service Canada is to provide medical imaging services (mobile radiology in institutions) which will allow them to reduce the waiting time for external escorts, according to the National Framework of Essential Health Services.
The requirements for SCC include: for the supply, delivery and installation of the machine at the health center of La Macaza establishment as well as training on the use of equipment.
Delivery requested : As soon as possible.
The evaluation of the bidders will be based on the mandatory technical evaluation criteria and financial evaluation criteria specified within this RFP (see Annexes A-B-C).
All enquiries and other communications regarding this RFP are to be directed only to the contracting authority, in writing, whose name is indicated in this RFP.
PWGSC provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
