Nature of Requirements:
Portable Radio Communication Test Sets (PRCTS)
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of sixty (60) units of Portable Radio
Communication Test Sets (PRCTS) and one (1) script for testing
to Montreal (QC) with one (1) training course in Kingston (ON).
As for optional repair services after warranty period and
optional training sessions, once exercised, these tasks will be
authorized on an as-and-when required basis through Task
Authorizations. A supplier recommended spare parts list required
must also be provided.
The contractor must provide the goods and services in accordance
with the technical requirements and in the quantities stated in
the annexes herein.
While delivery is requested to be completed by July 31, 2013,
bidders are invited to submit their best delivery delay.
