Telefilm is looking for a consulting firm to act as internal auditor for the organization.This document constitutes an invitation to tender for the selection of the consulting firm. The mandate will be granted for a five-year period starting on April 1, 2016.In addition to preparing a multi-year plan and updating it at the start of each fiscal year, the firm selected will be responsible for conducting the audit mandates and presenting the results to the Audit and Finance Committee. The partner in charge of the portfolio will attend the various meetings of the committee in order to support its initiatives. This individual must also be available on an ad hoc basis to support management and members of the Audit and Finance Committee in carrying out their duties.
