Application Portfolio Management Implementation of Clarity (SBIPS)
Health Canada requires the services to implement an application portfolio management (APM) instance on CA Clarity Software version 14 for Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) on a single platform/instance, to satisfy the following high level objectives:

Enhance HC and PHAC’s existing Application Portfolio Management (APM) capability with a highly customized HC and PHAC focused APM solution
Maintain HC and PHAC's APM existing reporting capabilities
Transition HC and PHAC’s staff to the CA Clarity solution for APM

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Not applicable
Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability
